Young People from a mixture of groups within West Sussex were asked by the West Sussex Safeguarding Children Board (http://www.westsussexscb.org.uk/ )

What do you think adults and organisations should do to keep children and young people safe?
What do you need from adults and organisations to keep you healthy and make the most of your life?

Young people discussed these areas and gave their feedback through cards, comments and pictures. This was then made into the video below and presented to the Safeguarding Board. The board have responded by saying that the film…

“…made a real impact on the thinking of the board; focusing the group on what we need to do differently to make children matter in our decision making. We will be using it across the work of the board to ensure we keep this focus, in particular the focus on showing children that they matter.”
